Phenomenology

Phenomenology is a philosophical approach and qualitative research method that examines conscious experience as it is lived and perceived from the first-person perspective. Instead of relying on theories or scientific assumptions, it aims to describe the essence of human phenomena, such as emotions, perceptions, and social interactions, as they are directly experienced.
