After I convinced Charlie to get out of bed on his day off, he drove to the Craik Forest to deliver our topper for repair and to help out at our friend's field. Once he hooked the topper to the tractor, Charlie started the six-mile trip to the Craik Forest, and I followed close behind in our truck.
Here comes Charlie driving his David Brown International.
Charlie dropped off the topper here so it can be picked up and welded.
Beans, potatoes, onions, and beetroot are coming along well, but weeds have also popped up, like nettles, docks, and a pink flower weed I haven't been able to identify in the Farmhouse Kitchen.
Watching Charlie and his tractor make the trip was a real treat. The David Brown 990 Implematic is truly a classic.
