As I got further away from Stranraer, I learned that it was the birthplace of Seriously Strong Cheddar.

Castle Kennedy and White Loch were discovered after traveling for several miles.

Police stopped me as I walked along the A75 because many people had been killed on the busy road. The police took me to Newton Stewart and told me to take the bus.

As I waited for the bus, a number of vintage commercial vehicles went by. The bus transported me to Dumfries, from where I boarded another bus bound for Annan. A man from Asia stopped after four miles of walking and offered to give me a ride. I was offered a place to stay, and he appeared to be sincere. I returned to his residence, where I met his family. They purchased pizza for dinner, and I ultimately slept on their sofa for the night.

Walked along the coast of Ayrshire.

Located, the birthplace of Robert deBruis.

Walked for a few miles to the south.

Before reaching Maybole

I took the train to Girvan and then went to a café.

I walked to the beach after eating to get some fresh air because I was feeling stressed.

They took a ten-minute break on Girvan Beach.

Before walking south.

From two Irish travellers, I obtained transportation to Stranraer.

Some parts of town were abandoned or in bad shape.

In this town, I felt uneasy, so I walked a while before setting up my tent.

Although I was relieved to finally relax and retire for the night, I was uneasy about the possibility of experiencing night terrors. The atmosphere was bleak, frigid, and isolated.

There was a house next to the tent; the occupant arrived, spoke with me, and then left.

The buckie monster pal from Wallace Town.

A nice person when he's sober, but a mean, short-tempered person when he's drunk.

Pitched in Dumfries, by the river.

I saw the sun come up.

In Dickies bar, I relished a modest swig of whisky.

Before travelling to Ayr.

Pitched somewhere in Dumfries and Galloway, probably near Moffat / M74.

As this is situated along the road from Moffat to Dumfries.

I'm having a pint of Tennents at the Victoria Inn in Dumfries.

I adore being close to the river.
