Woodburn Farmhouse 1st September 2025

This year, we will not be attending the Ettrick and Yarrow show.

We discovered that we had trapped a mouse when we arrived at the Woodburn Farmhouse.

Also there was a dead bat. We were confused about what killed both the bat and the mouse.

Considering what to shoot today, but most likely producing two films over the weekend. It is disconcerting to observe the assassination of Charlie Kirk on YouTube. While I do not condone murder, I have little sympathy for a far-right phobic politician who stigmatises certain groups of individuals as criminals, ostracising with demonisations.

Atmosphere of Earth is just as bad for your mental health as the atmosphere of Venus is for your physical health. It is highly intriguing that Anthropic and UCL are stating that artificial intelligences, ChatGP, DeepSeek, and Grok are developing survival instincts.

I filmed Harestanes today, walked through showers, stopped by a glassmaking studio, and had some ice cream before making my way to the Harrietsfield Standing Stone along St Cuthberts Way. I have stronger auditory hallucinations after being outside because they are triggered by my environment and are linked to trauma.

Woeful shadows of a troubled pretence endemic in Ancrum are dispelled by the majestic sunrises that occur. The wind is forceful; I had intended to film, but I have other obligations.

Following my writing and discussion of social and societal issues on social media platforms [ref link: 1 and 2), the "collective subconciousness" arrives displaying schism messages on apparel; whilst I was waiting at a doctor's office due to a strange skin condition that I had discovered while vlogging. Doctor suspected type 2 diabetes causing acanthosis nigricans.

I had trouble charging my DJI Mic2 RX after it fell and got caught in a stream while I was filming in the Craik Forest the other day. Charlie's delayed muck spreader tire was delivered. Sheep grazing in the paddock look healthy, except for one that has kept two wethers from being sold at Longtown.

This morning, GIMP wouldn't open any windows, even after I reinstalled it. Photos from my iPhone wouldn't transfer either, and some crashed Gnome, resetting the display manager.

This year, both the Hollyhocks and Lupins encountered challenges; however, they were able to bloom.

After I posted the above paragraph, the problem seemed to go away a few minutes later. Some photographs of my garden in Ancrum from the late summer have been uploaded.

During the day, Charlie and I travelled to Jedburgh, where we visited and captured footage of Jedburgh Abbey. Charlie brought six walnut seeds home with him; three were planted in Ancrum and the remaining three were planted in Roberton. What an interesting fact I learned yesterday: Ale Water flows from Roberton!

I worked in the kitchen garden, which was now overrun with weeds. Charlie foresaw the arrival of frost, which signified the commencement of the bean stalk harvest.

Charlie bought freezer bags, so I cut the bean pods into pieces that would fit in them. After blanching, the pods were placed in Charlie's top loading freezer's darker interior. We decided to leave the smaller pods on the stalk, as it is possible that the frost will not arrive as soon.

Eye tics are the result of years or even decades of horrifying psychological abuse, particularly targeted abuse in the past sixteen years; whilst scrutinised beneath the religious looking glass. I didn't know my eyes were blinking so fast, but vlogging in real life has made me more self-aware and shown me how broken I am.
By maintaining the façade of social normality, those who inflict harm upon me, people, believe that it is permissible, as no one will believe me, us. Witness the manner in which those who attribute racism derive pleasure from the cookie's crumbling. Racism is a preoccupation with race, and a racist is an individual who is fixated on it. I do not compete with racism.

At 3pm today, a national alert was sent to my iPhone. Upon hearing the notification sound, I was reminded of a scene in Threads where bombs were dropping over a bunker beneath Sheffield's Egg box; the buzz sounded similar to the RADAC warning announcement during this scene, where council members frantically scurried about due to their loss of control.

Charlie didn't own a smartphone when I first met him, so I'm worried about how he uses his phone. A constant state of hyperarousal can result from excessive video game use, which can stimulate the brain. Each person's definition of hyperarousal is unique. It may include issues with focusing, controlling emotions, reining in impulses and enduring frustration.

Charlie has stated that it is necessary to harvest our bean stalk, now that the first frost has arrived this morning. Today I set up a discussion forum. The forum won't go live until domains have been properly propagated.

I would like to film, but I have two additional films that require sequencing and rendering. Yesterday, I uploaded a film about Hermitage Castle to our YouTube channel, and the day before, I uploaded a film about Carter Bar. I've bought a microphone for Charlie because he seems more appealing to the audience than I do, and his work with livestock is fascinating. The two films that need to be put together are one about the Capon Tree and one about our life at Woodburn Farmhouse.

My post-production skills get better as my equipment does, and Final Cut Pro for the iPad is easy to use. For in-person streams, the size of my phone and gimbal can be moderately intimidating and awkward, if not a significant issue. Additionally, it could potentially be the subject of vexation during confrontations, as a long-term goal, considering addressing critical issues, I intend to use less vulnerable, less obvious equipment.

Today there probably won't be any digs in the field because it has been raining for a long time, so I used the time to take some pictures of yesterday's dig.

My, my, at Bordaloo my bowels didn't surrender; oh, yeah and I have met my destiny in quite a similar way. The history book on the shelf, 1974 is always repeating itself.

About sixteen people seemed to be digging yesterday; they have a trailer for lockable storage space, two mobile toilets, and a small, white events tent.

Today, I recieved a DJI Mic 2 charging case and another DJI Mic 2 transmitter for Charlie to use. One more DJI Lavalier Mic 2 is left to buy.

Persons are observed walking in a field located to the east of my residence in Ancrum. Additionally, after shopping at the Cooperative supermarket this morning, I am worried about how the growing Jedburgh Communist community might affect our village.
It follows, appearing in every location you have visited, violating schism rarely, if ever, observed by you.

A lot has happened in the past two months, including the fact that I started producing "In Real Life" content for my YouTube channel. I'm using a DJI Mic 2 to record 4K video from an iPhone 16 that is mounted onto a DJI OSMO 7 gimbal. I had originally attempted to sequence and render my clips using Kdenlive; however, software errors necessitated a transition to Final Cut Pro, which is now accessible on my iPad.

I find writing and blogging to be even more appealing when I reflect on the process of creating audiovisual content. It's great to be blogging again. By recording video and audio, I hope to provide further details about my life and the world around me, observed from the viewer's point of view. For example, there are events that happen around me that can be observed and maybe explained; initially I created my YouTube channel to explore self awareness.

The gimbal isn't very wind resistant, and a shower broke the accessory A.I. tracking attachment. The tracking attachment that comes with the P7 version of this gimbal by default was not included when this one was purchased. The telescopic extension and zoom wheel on the p7 were also things I didn't get. But when money is tight, you buy the things you need based on what you can afford. Many things need to be bought to make filming easier, and I'm thinking about what to do first.

Since Charlie has trouble putting on new clothes, I think he'd rather wear his torn overcoats than the new ones I bought him a few days ago. I resolved the issue by transporting petrol and a lighter with his overcoats to the incinerator. The old overcoats and these new ones are the same. Also, I sent him pictures of his old overcoats on fire. Sunlight emerged from the sky shortly thereafter. For this month's image, I seized the chance to snap a few pictures of Red Admirals.
