Tyre

Woken up at Woodburn farmhouse, strimmed the paddock of dock leaves, I was happy to be greeted by our lambs.

Charlie returned from work, jacked the tractor up and took off the left rear wheel.

There are a few jobs to do on this tractor, the mud guards need replacing, an original seat to be sourced and eventually a new clutch, the latter is a big job.

Off we go to Kelsi bonnie Kelsi.

Arrived.

Leaving the garage we stopped a gypsy camped by the river side; there is an event they have at St Boswells for them soon, so I guess there pulling up for that. We called in at the garden centre nearby, Charlie purchased some garden canes, and several lavender plants for my house and the farmhouse gardens. We decided against eating there.

In the night I suffered an allergic reaction to the grass I had strimmed. Arms, legs and neck swelled with edema as I tried to fall asleep. Wondering if I have tape worm in my eyes from sheep poo splatter, need water proofs and a visa for strimming. Swelling was uncomfortable, not painful, however inflammation was telling me I was in trouble.
