At midday, we, me and a friend, walked over Galalaw hillside.
Nest
Overheard pigeons on my balcony, opened the door and two pigeons flew away from their nest. The nest, built recently (no eggs) was swept away, six hours later another nest appeared.

Returned to the flat early morning to do some coding on this website; I am behind with modifications I had planned to make.
Galalaw and Yair
Up in the early hours of the morning editing images and coding HTML for yesterday's blog. Many cars drove by and stopped five-hundred yards up the road between midnight and one o'clock, irritating PTSD hyper-vigilance.

Charlie called around in the afternoon and drove me to Galalaw view point.
Wilton Lodge Park
Need to shift some pounds, poor mental health and comfort eating has made me slightly obese, to fill the empty void so took a walk down to my local park, test out my new smart phone camera.

Snow is pretty outside my flat, but as deadly as I am to be, as the blindfold has been taken away from me. Come to daddy, come to daddy..
