Early afternoon we drove along the Roberton to Ashkirk road.

Winter Wilson
Today I have quit smoking; tired with coughing my lungs up. Early morning the temperature dropped to -7c; everywhere is coated in whiteness, my favourite time of the year in bonnie Scotland.

Midday we drove to the Eskdalemuir forest, from the north turning west before the village we followed the Roman and Reivers footpath towards Loch fell.

As we pulled into Longtown cattle market, there was a long dual queue to offload our sheep.

Charlie finished building the paddock perimeter fence, in worry of the Herdwick ewe and lamb jumping the stone wall.
Sunset Woodburn
Strange fungus growing on the farmhouse paddock, I am not aware of the name, but the sheep on the paddock sure seem to keep their distance from it.
Replacement phone
Been very active this month, and slipped the desire to post pictures I've noticed about my life. My health has been OK, however I still have pains in my stomach, and not yet received results from a test to detect Helicobacter pylori antigen.
Long Meg
Approaching midnight, we reached Scotch Corner A1/A66 service station. Emersed in tiredness, Charlie pondered upon an ANPR notice allowing only two hours parking.
Whitby
We rose early, taking a duration of two hours to leave the farmhouse. We planned our destination to be Whitby, stopping at any place of interest in-between.
