After watching two episodes of X-files, leaving my house in Ancrum, Charlie drove our truck to a field beside Timpendean Tower.

Received a message requesting I go to the doctors to do blood samples; as I waited inside Ancrum's only bus shelter I noticed a nest.
Carpet
Today I pulled out a length of carpet from my outdoor cupboard to cut along the length of my house hallway. Every room is carpeted apart from this so today I was determined to see the job completed.

Its taking a while to realise I now have a home, after decades of homelessness. A warm, safe place to rest my head, a sanctuary whilst awake and asleep. What is contentment, does satisfaction exist?
Ride out
In need of exercise I took my mountain bike around the path of the North East side of Ancrum, following Ale Water north.
B12
Today I travelled to Jedburgh on the bus, the journey cost £5.20 return. I received my B12 injection at Jedburgh Medical Practice.

It's been almost a fortnight since I moved to the Scottish Borders village of Ancrum; and found I very much like living here.

Took some time off decorating my bungalow to walk about and explore the surrounding area of my new village.
