Our poly tunnel is ready for occupation, ewes in lamb will be joining these gimmers during the next couple of days.
This year we have only forty sheep, our lowest winter flock so far; we may even let some gimmers and a few ewes in lamb go in the coming weeks.

We have about one and a half tonne of gain in the hopper, enough to last the winter. It's calming being with the gimmers, although when the ewes in lamb return that'll change.
