None of the ewes and lambs we wanted to move came down from the paddock. Charlie thinks we should feed them more on the driveway so they get used to coming down.

Tup is acting better now that the ewes are no longer in season.

One of the ewes was limping, so Charlie trimmed and cleaned her hooves to help her heal.

Charlie says she's an old ewe, eight teeth.

One of our lambs had a sore eye.

Charlie rebuilt his multi-purpose trailer, with a little help from me.

Straw a small comfort.

Roof.

Make sure all lambs are tagged before they leave our holding area.

Tagging does not harm the animals. It is more like a legal rite of passage for them.

Charlie takes good care of the lambs. He is a good shepherd.

It is time to move the ewes and lambs to their new grazing area. When we arrived at their grazing area, we identified fencing that needed repair.

Large bricks were repositioned to allow access through the gate.

While Charlie was at work, a woman asked if she could have her overgrown paddock grazed. She explained it would only be for two weeks.
