Carpet

Today I pulled out a length of carpet from my outdoor cupboard to cut along the length of my house hallway. Every room is carpeted apart from this so today I was determined to see the job completed.

The carpet was heavy and stiff, I had not enough room to lay the carpet out, and the length and width of the carpet was not long enough to cover the passage.

Disappointed by chamomile and lavender seeds have not sprung up yet.

Don't ever ask me to fit a carpet, I've made such a fickle mess of this easy work, Charlie has promised to help get a carpet fitted properly sometime next week.

Shocking work isn't it, I'll not be attempting to do this again without help, and enough carpet for the job; got to get out of the mindset of something is better than nothing.

My old website was static HTML, CSS and PHP, used Bootstap 5, Video and Chart JS, Apache2, PHP8 and Debian 12 OS. The website hosted by IONOS contained more than 17,000 files and was 7.1GB in size.

Today I'm closing down my static website, its been online, in current form, almost three years. I am currently over half way to populating this new ghost website with content.

So many bean fields around Ancrum.

Ancrum village is visible in the background.

Late afternoon I took a walk south west of an Ancrum along the grassy banks of ale water with Sam, he struggled with trauma phobias but found enjoyment in his stride; whilst I preoccupied with finding some pictures to blog here.
